Past examination results, physical resource developments, numbers of the teachers and students and performances in extracurricular activities can be mentioned under this. D - Direction – Where are we headed?....... It represents the direction in which the school is traveling in the present. Number of students and teachers involved in teaching learning process, expected performances in results and other performances. S - Situation now - Where are we now?...... It is about the current situation of the school.
