Modern management concept EDSODA is characterized as follows,

E - Experience – Where are we coming from?

D - Direction – Where are we headed?

S - Situation now - Where are we now?

O - Outcome desire – Where do we want to be?

D - Deadline – By when do we want to be there?

A - Action steps – How will we get there? Strategies, resources

            This is based on strategic thinking. Thinking strategically is a thought process that involves focusing on potential factors or variables that might affect the results of a particular action. Strategic thinking can involve setting a clear goal that we want to reach, making plans for how to reach that goal and considering each possible outcome that might occur depending on the circumstances in our environment.
